According to Art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC, please be informed that:

- The legal basis for the processing of your data is:
art. 6 sec. 1 lit. e GDPR, i.e. the data processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or as a part of the exercise of public authority entrusted to the President in connection with the maintenance by the President of the Civil Aviation Authority of the register of operators of unmanned aerial systems under Regulation (EU) 2019/947 on operation of unmanned aerial vehicles
- Your data is processed in order to meet the requirements of Art. 14 of Regulation (EU) 2019/947 on the rules and procedures for the operation of unmanned aerial vehicles. The data will be processed for the purposes of implementing, managing and monitoring oversight activities in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/947.
- Your personal data may be made available to public order services (in particular: the Police, the State Protection Service, the Internal Security Agency, the Military Counterintelligence Service, the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau), the competent authorities referred to in art. 74 of EU Regulation 2018/1139 of 4 July 2018 on common rules in the field of civil aviation and establishing a European Union Aviation Safety Agency and amending Regulations of the European Parliament and of the Council (EC) No 2111/2005, (EC) No 1008 / 2008, (EU) No 996/2010, (EU) No 376/2014 and Directives 2014/30 / EU and 2014/53 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, as well as repealing Regulations of the European Parliament and of the Council (EC) No 552 / 2004 and (EC) No 216/2008 and Council Regulation (EEC) No 3922/91 in relation to the obligation to share and exchange these data.
- Your data will be stored until the data storage obligation resulting from the provisions expires, i.e. for a period of 5 years.
- You have the right to access your personal data, the right to request rectification and restriction of its processing.
- You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data if the personal data is not necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.
- With regard to the disclosure of data, you have the right to object to the processing.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data in the Member State of habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
- Your data is not subject to automated decision making, including profiling.
- Providing personal data is necessary and results from the above-mentioned legal provisions.
